Isn't it super disappointing when you're reading a book and there's a song? Not because songs are bad in any way, shape, or form. Just because without the music, you can't possibly know what it sounds like. There's a whole range of emotion you can't quite feel until the melody washes over you. Sure, the words may have deep meaning, but if words were all that mattered, poetry would have never been set to song. Thankfully, my website will soon be offering visitors the option of listening to the Music of Asylum. I am working with an amazing friend to design the tracks and can't wait to share this art with the world.
